About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Content Creator to support our recruitment strategy by producing high-impact digital content that attracts talent, strengthens employer branding, and drives candidate leads.

• Produce engaging content (reels, videos, posts, visuals) for social media.
• Execute recruitment marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Manage and grow social media communities across multiple platforms.
• Optimize content using analytics and platform insights.
• Collaborate with TA and Marketing to support hiring priorities and brand strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media.
• Established social media presence with an engaged audience, demonstrating influence and the ability to drive reach and interaction across platforms.
• Experience supporting BPO or high-volume recruitment (preferred).
• Strong skills in short-form video, copywriting, and editing tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, analytics.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
