About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our onsite team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You’ll play a key part in improving operational efficiency and driving profitability by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to help design and assess business solutions.
• Communication: Serve as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across functions.
