Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist, with experience in high-volume recruitment processes and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, and other creative methods.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
- Profile and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
- Support recruitment metrics analysis and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Promote the employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing sector.
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring needs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn, Computrabajo, and other job boards.
- Strong skills in screening, filtering, and interviewing qualified candidates.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- On - site position located in Barranquilla.
