Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist, with experience in high-volume recruitment processes and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, and other creative methods.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely data.
• Profile and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
• Support recruitment metrics analysis and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Promote the employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing sector.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring needs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn, Computrabajo, and other job boards.
• Strong skills in screening, filtering, and interviewing qualified candidates.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• On - site position located in Barranquilla.
